One of Our Favorite Projects

We have successfully completed an impressive variety of construction projects.

One of our favorite projects was in Kilmarnock, VA. This Client plans were for a net zero impact home and Royer helped her get to where she generates more than she uses and contributes to the renewal energy resources for her co-op.  She and her husband designed and built their house to accomodate solar. The house has a metal raised-seam roof and was built at the perfect angle and tilt for solar. Our client initially wanted 20 modules (Stage 1) and was so pleased by production that she requested to add an additional 5 modules (Stage 2).
